First we dream. Our imaginations courageously paint glorious visions of our heart’s desires. We can see every minute detail: the richness of color, the softness of light, the varied textures and shapes. We can even hear the sounds of our vision, and when we close our eyes and breathe, we detect light aromas, feel the warming or cooling air that envelops us, and most importantly, we experience our heart center and how it glows with love and happiness as it gazes upon the fabric of our sacred vision. If you believe in your dream with all your heart and soul, hold sacred space for it while it journeys into creation. Each day, and often throughout the day, allow your focus to shift to your sacred vision; feel the rush of joy, anticipation and passion that fuels your desire. It is these feelings that beckon our dreams to come forth, into creation on the earth plane.
By feeding our dream with love daily, we keep the fabric of the vision intact. We also must train ourselves to stay in an open place of neutrality when others offer their own opinions about our dreams. We can listen lovingly, and from a place of stillness detect if there is some valuable information we are receiving from the world, perhaps some wisdom that will further flesh out our dream, making it more tangible. Or, in the stillness, we might encounter doubt, judgment, or fear, which, if we allow it to, can compromise our vision. When these feelings show up, I encourage you to sit with them, thank them for showing up and see what information they wish to share with you. Often, these are old deeply rooted thoughts and emotions that are trying to find validity in the here and now. Like a shy child, we can coax them out, be gentle with them, and let them know we are okay and not in any danger. We can thank them for caring and let them know, “I got this.” Invite them to walk out into the sunlight, without you in tow, to explore and enjoy the world. In doing so, they will shift and transform, as will you. Your dream now has greater chances for survival.
Dreaming is an essential part of our lives. It can beautiful, it can be fun and it can be bold. I encourage everyone to dream big and create dreams that serve the highest good for all. Dreams can come true. I see dreams come into fruition for myself, my friends and my clients on a daily basis. Some take longer to materialize, and that is okay, even when we feel we are running out of patience. Just hold tight. Know everything is in divine right order. Let go. Trust. Believe. Have faith in your own creations, and find others who support them alongside you. I wish you amazingly sweet and gratifying dreams.
