3-Hour Workshops (minimum of 4 students)
All Classes taught by Lisa Saylan, Reiki Master with over 11 years experience. Lisa teaches Reiki for Soul to Soul and Banner MD Anderson Cancer Treatment Center and Banner Gateway Hospital; she formerly taught Reiki at SWIHA (Southwest Institute of Healing Arts) and the Aveda Institute Phoenix.
Personal Symbol Workshop
Each person has their own personal symbol that is unique to them and vibrates with their personal frequency. These symbols are powerful and transformational. During meditation participants will encounter their symbol on the causal plane and bring it back to the earth plane. After drawing the symbols on paper, the group will be led into a second meditation to retrieve the symbol’s sacred name. Each participant will then be attuned to their personal symbol. These symbols can be used to assist us with our journey, for personal healing and in the healing of others. Workshop cost: $65.
Archangels Workshop
Learn the identities of the most called upon Archangels, including but not limited to Michael, Raphael, Uriel, Ariel, Gabriel, Azrael, Jophiel and Metatron, their functions and the realms they oversee. In addition, we learn techniques to connect with them and some of the signs that let us know they are communicating with us. Workshop includes guided meditation where you connect to and receive guidance from one or more Archangel for direction and personal growth. The Archangels often assist in one’s journey of self-discovery and helps us re-connect to our purpose and higher selves. No prior experience necessary to attend this class. Workshop cost: $65.
Ascended Masters Workshop
The Ascended Masters, who come from all cultures and races throughout history, are spiritual beings who once lived on Earth. They are said to have transcended the cycles of karma and rebirth, and live in the heavenly realms, yet out of love continue to serve humanity as spiritual guides, imparting ancient wisdom on the Light, the Truth and the Way. This workshop focuses on theses divine beings, who they were in life, and how they can assist in living a life filled with clarity, understanding, peace, love and happiness. Workshop cost: $65.
Animal Totem Workshop
The workshop begins with sage smudging, clearing our auric field and chakras, followed by a guided meditative journey during which participants will meet their animal totems and learn what their spiritual meanings are. A totem is any animal (real or mythical) you feel a deep connection to that is a spiritual guide; the same totem might appear repeatedly in your life and other times you notice a new animal has begun to repeatedly appear show up in your life. When totems appear, pay attention as they are providing messages that are relevant to your growth or current circumstances. Totems can also reveal aspects of your personality that need modifying and by shifting habits or traits, former obstacles are absolved, allowing you to heal. During this workshop we will also provide your totem’s significance, function and healing qualities. No prior experience required to attend this class. Workshop cost: $65.
Chakra Balancing Workshop
The Chakras are important energy centers in the body, and when they are in harmony, we are holistically stronger and healthier. During this workshop we learn about the chakra system and what each chakra represents. We will also practice scanning the body’s energetic field, feeling and assessing the spin of each chakra and learning how to use tools to bring balance to the chakras and their corresponding endocrine (hormone) gland in the body. We will provide chakra kits for use during class; if you are interested you can also purchase a kit that day for an additional $20. No prior experience necessary to attend. Workshop cost: $65
Crystals and Crystal Grid Workshop
Stones, precious gems and minerals have been used in healing practices for ages. In this workshop, we review different types of crystals, their healing properties as well as how to use them in crystal healing. We will also create a large crystal grid for healing, and learn how to create personal grids at home. No prior Reiki experience necessary to attend this class. Workshop cost: $65.
